Retta has been working with Manchester Farms for 29 years! She is in our Shipping and Further Production Department and gives final approval of all fresh quail shipments before they fly the coop. 

Her favorite part of working with MFQ is receiving rave reviews from customers and knowing that she was a part of the process. 

Retta is most proud of working at Manchester Farms for 29 years and becoming family with all of the staff members.

Jean Porter

Meet Jean – she has been with MFQ for 30 years!

Jean is the lead person for further production and her duties include: making sure the stations are set up and ready to go each day, overseeing employees, making sure that all products are packed, dated, counted and tagged before freezing. Jean’s favorite part of working at Manchester Farms is making sure everything comes together each day and that the MFQ team is one big, happy family.
